She earned her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Marketing from the University of Phoenix.
 
She is honored to serve as the ESPC President finding it a rewarding experience and an honor.  Michelle looks forward to serving the  ESPC as we look to broaden our horizons and transform Frederick County to a place where individuals want to age!
 
She is the proud new mother of a baby girl, and has two step-sons and a wonderful husband.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with my family and friends and being able to smile and laugh on the roller coaster called life.  She also enjoys watching the boys’ baseball games, and without bias finds them to be the best players!

RaeAnn continues her life of community service as a member of the Frederick County Commission on Aging and the Elder Services Provider Council, and as a volunteer with the Alzheimer's Association.  Additionally she supports her church, Christ Reformed United Church of Christ in Middletown, MD. A resident of Frederick, she is an adjunct faculty member at Frederick Community College for the gerontology program.

Born and raised in Frederick, Katie graduated May (2009) from Towson University, Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Health Care Management and a minor in Business Administration.
 
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, and run’s the Children’s Basketball League at her church. Also a football fan, you can catch Katie rooting for the Redskins on Sundays!
 
Katie is proud and honored to be the ESPC Secretary so that she is able to give back to her community and help make a difference for our seniors in Frederick County.  Katie looks forward to her continued service with ESPC as we look to shape the county in to something great for those who are aging!

Previously, Donna owned a retail and design business in Frederick, managed staffing at Crowell & Moring, a Top 10 DC law firm, and was Music Director at Q107 radio station in San Diego, California. Donna earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego. She resides in downtown Frederick with her husband Rocco.

Along with serving on Board of Directors of ESPC, Cookie serves as chairman of the Service Committee.  Additional community contributions include: serving on various Alzheimer’s Association committees, serving as a FMH Hospice volunteer, and is a member of The Ace Club.
 
Cookie enjoys gardening, planning parties for family and friends, knitting, reading, most of all playing with her grandchildren!  She lives on a farm in Ijamsville with my husband and numerous horses.

Gina is honored to serve as Vice President of the ESPC organization and hopes to contribute to Frederick being a wonderful place to live, work and play at any age.  Gina has a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising (Journalism) and a minor in Business Administration.    

In her spare time Gina is the proud mom of two beautiful daughters and loves to watch her daughters compete in the sport of swimming.  Gina enjoys running, biking and swimming and just getting outside to enjoy the great outdoors.

Megan is an associate attorney at the Law Offices of Scott A. Morrison, P.A., a firm focused on estate planning, probate and elder law services. She is a native of Frederick County, Maryland, and graduated from Urbana High School.  After receiving her undergraduate degree from the College of William & Mary, Megan graduated cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2006.  Megan was admitted to the Maryland bar in 2006.

In her free time, Megan is an avid sports fan.  She coaches a middle school girls’ basketball team and never misses a Redskins game. She also loves to read and spend time with family and friends.
